In short: you must be 18 or older, with a delivery address in the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C., which are the only places we deliver to. Prices are in US dollars, with shipping and import duties included; sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at payment. Your payment method is charged once, when your order is confirmed. You can cancel at no cost until your order ships. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or stops working because of a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. A damaged or swollen power bank is never mailed back. These Terms do not require arbitration.

Who we are

NAGI is a brand of Quinz LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, Wyoming filing ID 2026-002108353. Email: tourexv@outlook.fr. Customer service is by email only, and we reply within 2 business days. Full details are on our Seller Information page.

Who can buy

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. At checkout, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
  • If you are under 18, you cannot order yourself. A parent or legal guardian can order in their own name.
  • We deliver only to addresses in the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C., as explained in Where we sell and in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
  • We sell to individual customers, for their own use or as a gift, not for resale. We may limit the quantity of a product per order.
  • Please give us accurate contact and delivery details. We use them to deliver your order and to reach you about it.

Our products

  • Product information: each product page shows what is in the box, how to use and care for the product, its main details and its safety information. Please read it, and our Care & Safety page, before you order and before you use the product.
  • Plugs and outlets: our wall chargers, and the power banks with a built-in plug, have foldable US prongs for standard US wall outlets.
  • Charging power: the wattage shown for a product is the most it can deliver. How fast a device actually charges depends on the device, its battery level, the cable you use and whether two devices share the power. A laptop that needs more power than a charger gives charges more slowly.
  • What works with what: Eddy and Moor attach with magnets to iPhone 12 and later and to phones in a magnetic case. Glint 45 shows the battery level on iPhone 15 and later; other devices charge normally. Tandem 45 and Reel 45 have a magnetic spot for an Apple Watch. If you are not sure a product suits your device, email us before you order.
  • Cables: a cable is included only where the product page says so under "In the box". Use a cable rated for the power you need.
  • Lithium-ion batteries and magnets: Drift 45, Kite 45 and Moor contain lithium-ion batteries. Tandem 45, Reel 45, Eddy and Moor contain magnets. See Using our products safely.
  • Origin: our products are imported.
  • Photos: our photos and images show the products, their shape and color, and how they are used, as faithfully as we can. Some images are digitally created or retouched. Colors look different from one screen to another, and the phones, watches, rooms, people and any other object shown in an image are not included unless the product page names them under "In the box".
  • Not toys: our products are made for adults and teens. None of them is a toy.

Prices, sales tax and import duties

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD). Each product has one price, shown on its product page.
  • Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge.
  • Our prices include import duties: Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full.
  • Our prices do not include sales tax. Where the law of the state you ship to requires us to collect it, sales tax is calculated at payment from your delivery address and shown as its own line before you pay.
  • Where we do not collect sales tax, your purchase may still be subject to use tax in your state. Your state's tax department can tell you more.
  • We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it.

Orders and order confirmation

  • Before you pay, the checkout page shows each item with its quantity and price, shipping (included), the total, how sales tax is added, the accepted payment methods and when you are charged, the estimated delivery, the delivery area, and how cancellations and returns work, with links to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please check them carefully.
  • When you place an order, you ask to buy the products in it. Once your payment goes through, we email you an order confirmation. Your order is accepted, and the contract between us is formed, when we send that email. If it has not arrived within a few hours, check your spam folder, then write to us.
  • We may decline or cancel an order before it ships if we suspect fraud, cannot verify the payment, cannot deliver to the address given, have reason to believe the person ordering is under 18, or if a product is not available. If we do, we tell you by email and refund everything you paid within 5 to 10 business days.
  • We send order confirmations, shipping and tracking emails, delay notices and other messages about your order by email. You agree that these emails meet any legal requirement for such communications to be in writing. We send no marketing emails unless you ask for them yourself.

Pricing and availability errors

  • We work to keep our prices, descriptions and availability right. If a price on our website is clearly wrong, for example far below the real price, we may cancel the affected items before they ship, even after we confirmed the order. We tell you by email and refund everything you paid for them.
  • If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we email you with the expected shipping date, and you choose between waiting and canceling for a full refund.

Payment

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • When you are charged: your payment method is charged once, for the total shown at checkout, at order confirmation, that is, when you place your order and the payment goes through. Every order is a one-time purchase: we sell no subscriptions, nothing renews, and we never charge you again without a further order from you.
  • Card security: payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Card details are entered on its secure payment form and travel encrypted over HTTPS. We never see or store your full card number or security code.
  • Your card statement: the charge appears as NAGI, sometimes followed by a short reference added by the payment processor or your bank. If you do not recognize a charge, please email us first, before you contact your bank, and we will tell you what it is.
  • Currency: all charges are in US dollars. If your card was issued outside the United States, your bank may add its own foreign transaction fee. We do not charge one.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, delivery and risk of loss

  • Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. That stays true whatever the order contains, even if it ships in more than one package.
  • We ship your order from our partner warehouse overseas within 1 to 3 business days after it is confirmed. Transit then takes 7 to 12 business days, so most orders arrive about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates. Every order is tracked.
  • Our power banks contain lithium-ion batteries. Inside the United States they travel by ground, under the carriers' rules for lithium batteries. That is why we deliver only to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C., for every order, whatever it contains.
  • If we cannot ship within the time stated, we tell you before that time runs out and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, as the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires. See Shipping delays and your right to cancel.
  • Ownership of the products, and the risk of loss, pass to you when the carrier delivers your order to the address you gave us. If a package is lost or damaged before delivery, we reship or refund it.

Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which is part of these Terms.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at no cost at any time until it ships. Email us at tourexv@outlook.fr with your order number and "Cancel" in the subject line. What counts is when your email reaches us: if it arrives before your order ships, we cancel the order and refund the full amount you paid, sales tax included, within 5 to 10 business days, even if our reply comes later.

Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you can return unused items as described below. See Cancellations in our returns policy.

Returns and refunds

Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or stops working because of a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. A damaged, swollen, overheated or leaking power bank must not be mailed back: stop using it, send us photos, and we refund or replace it without a return.

Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer, by a ground service for power banks; for a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it. Please email us before you send anything: we reply within 2 business days with a return authorization, the return address and instructions. A power bank goes back by a ground service only, never by air. For each returned item, we refund the price you paid for it, plus any sales tax paid on it, to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and check the return. Full details are in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy, which is part of these Terms.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

  • Within 30 days of delivery: a product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or stops working because of a defect in that time, is replaced or refunded, as you prefer, even if you have used it. A missing item is handled the same way. If a replacement is not available, we refund it.
  • How to claim: email tourexv@outlook.fr with your order number, a short description of the problem, and photos or a short video. Photos are usually enough. If we need the item back, we pay for the return shipping.
  • Power banks: a power bank that is damaged, swollen, overheated or leaking must never be mailed back. Stop using it, keep it away from anything that can catch fire, and send us photos. We refund or replace it without a return, and tell you how to dispose of it at a battery drop-off point.
  • Not a defect: normal wear, and damage that happens after delivery, for example from a fall, water, heat, crushing, or use against the instructions, such as a charger used with a damaged cable or a product that has been opened or modified.
  • After 30 days: if a problem appears later, please write to us anyway. The law of your state may still give you rights, as explained below.

Implied warranties and your rights

Every product you buy from us comes with the implied warranties that the law of your state gives you, such as the implied warranty of merchantability (that a product is fit for the ordinary purpose for which it is used) and, where it applies, the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not disclaim them, and we do not limit how long they last. Nothing in these Terms or in our policies limits or takes away any right that consumer protection, product safety or warranty laws give you.

Separately from the products you buy, the website itself and its general content are provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we correct errors when we find them.

Using our products safely

Please follow the quick start guide in the box, the instructions on each product page and our Care & Safety page. In particular:

  • use chargers and power banks indoors, in a dry place, away from water and other liquids, heat and direct sun, and never with wet hands;
  • do not cover a charger or a power bank while it charges, and never charge on or under a pillow, a blanket or bedding;
  • unplug and stop using any product that is damaged, swollen, hot to the touch, smells of burning or makes noise, and never open, crush, puncture or modify it;
  • charge a power bank fully before its first use, never leave it in a hot car, and take it in carry-on bags only when you fly, never in checked luggage;
  • keep Tandem 45, Reel 45, Eddy and Moor away from pacemakers and other implanted medical devices, and from credit cards and hotel key cards;
  • keep products and cables out of reach of young children;
  • never put a power bank in household trash: take it to a battery drop-off point, as explained on our Care & Safety page.

If you have a safety concern about one of our products, stop using it and write to us. See Reporting a safety concern.

Where we sell

This website sells only for delivery to addresses in the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C., and nowhere else. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO, FPO or DPO military addresses, or to any address outside the United States. If an order reaches us with such an address, we cancel it and refund the full amount you paid. We do not knowingly sell to anyone who plans to export the products. If you take a product out of the United States, you are responsible for following the rules of the country you bring it to, including the rules for carrying lithium-ion batteries.

Trademarks

iPhone, iPad, MacBook and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. NAGI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. Other product names and payment brands on this website belong to their owners and are named only to say what our products work with or how you can pay.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it, such as liability for personal injury or property damage caused by a defective product, or for our gross negligence, fraud or willful misconduct. Nothing in them takes away your rights under the consumer protection and implied warranty laws of your state either.

Subject to that, and only to the extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website or the products you buy from us; and
  • our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. If you live in New Jersey, the limitations and exclusions in this section do not apply to claims under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act or the Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act, or to the extent New Jersey law forbids them.

Governing law and courts

These Terms, and any dispute about them or about an order, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any law of your state of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.

You may bring a claim in any court that has jurisdiction where you live, including small claims court, or in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming. If we ever need to bring a claim against you, we will bring it in the courts of the county where you live.

Resolving a problem

Most problems are settled quickly by email. If something has gone wrong, write to us at tourexv@outlook.fr with your order number, what happened and what you would like us to do. We reply within 2 business days.

  • Informal resolution first: before either of us starts a court case about these Terms or an order, the one who has the dispute sends the other a short written description of it: you to our email address, we to the email address used for your order. We then both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days after it is received. Any time limit for bringing the claim is paused during those 30 days, to the extent the law allows. Small claims court is open to you at any time.
  • Card disputes and chargebacks: if a charge looks wrong, or an order has not arrived, please contact us first. We answer within 2 business days, and a refund from us usually reaches you faster than a card dispute. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer. If a dispute is opened, we send the payment processor and your card issuer the order details, the delivery tracking and the emails we exchanged, so they can decide it.
  • Government agencies: nothing in this section stops you from contacting a government agency at any time, such as your state Attorney General or the Federal Trade Commission.
  • No arbitration: these Terms do not require arbitration, and they do not take away your right to go to court or to join a class action.
