It is not a store, a showroom, a warehouse or a returns address: we cannot receive visitors or products there. What we sell
NAGI sells ten products for charging phones, watches, tablets and USB-C laptops. Each one comes in one color and one version, at one price:
- Glint 45: a 45W USB-C wall charger with a small round display;
- Tandem 45: a wall charger with a USB-C port for a phone and a magnetic spot for an Apple Watch;
- Isle 60: a pocket-size 60W USB-C wall charger;
- Reel 45: a wall charger with a built-in retractable USB-C cable and a magnetic spot for an Apple Watch;
- Eddy: a magnetic wireless charger with a built-in fan and a ring stand, which comes with a USB-C cable and a USB-C wall adapter;
- Drift 45: a 10,000 mAh power bank with a built-in plug and a retractable USB-C cable;
- Kite 45: a clip-on 10,000 mAh power bank with a built-in plug and a retractable USB-C cable;
- Moor: a slim magnetic 10,000 mAh power bank with a fold-out ring stand;
- Strand Cable: a USB-C to USB-C cable with a soft, wipe-clean sleeve;
- Reach Cables: a pair of long braided USB-C to USB-C cables.
All our products are imported. They are not toys. Drift 45, Kite 45 and Moor contain lithium-ion batteries, and Tandem 45, Reel 45, Eddy and Moor contain magnets. Please read our Care & Safety page before you use them.
Prices, delivery and returns at a glance
- Currency: all prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Shipping: Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge.
- Import duties: Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full.
- Sales tax: where it applies, it is calculated at payment and shown before you pay.
- Delivery area: we deliver to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C. only. Our power banks contain lithium-ion batteries, which travel by ground inside the United States, so we cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO, FPO or DPO addresses, or outside the United States. - Delivery times: we prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days and transit takes 7 to 12 business days, so most orders arrive about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Every order is tracked.
- Returns: Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or stops working because of a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. A damaged, swollen, overheated or leaking power bank must not be mailed back: stop using it, send us photos, and we refund or replace it without a return. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer, by a ground service for power banks; for a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it.
- Refunds: to your original payment method, within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and check the return, or after we accept your claim when we do not need the item back.
- Cancellations: at no cost, at any time until your order ships. See Cancellations.

Payments and your card statement
- Accepted payment methods: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- When you are charged: once, for the total shown at checkout, when your order is confirmed. Every order is a one-time purchase: nothing renews and nothing is billed again.
- Card security: card details are entered on the secure payment form of our third-party payment processor, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We never see or store your full card number. Our website is served over a secure HTTPS connection.
- On your statement: the charge appears as NAGI, sometimes followed by a short reference added by the payment processor or your bank. If you do not recognize a charge, please email us first and we will tell you what it is.
Product safety
Use chargers and power banks in a dry place, uncovered, and stop using any product that is damaged, swollen or hot. Keep magnetic products away from pacemakers and other implanted medical devices. Power banks fly in carry-on bags only, never in checked luggage. The full safety information is on our Care & Safety page.
If you have a safety concern about one of our products, stop using it and email us with "Safety" in the subject line. You can also report it to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at SaferProducts.gov.

iPhone, iPad, MacBook and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. NAGI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.
Other product names and payment brands that appear on this website belong to their owners. We name them only to say what our products work with or how you can pay. It does not mean any partnership or endorsement.
The NAGI name and logo, the design of this website, and its text, photos and graphics belong to Quinz LLC or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Governing law and disputes
Orders placed on this website are sold by Quinz LLC under the laws of the State of Wyoming, as described in our Terms of Sale. This choice of law does not take away any protection that the law of your own state gives you. Our Terms do not require arbitration. We simply ask you to contact us first, so we can try to put things right. See Resolving a problem.
