Moor is a slim 10,000 mAh power bank that snaps onto the back of your phone. On iPhone 12 and later, or any phone in a magnetic case, the magnets pull it into place, centered, and wireless charging starts. No cable in between.
On its back, a thin metal ring folds out into a stand, for a call or a video, in portrait or landscape. When you do not need it, the ring sits flush and Moor stays flat.
A USB-C port charges Moor itself, or a second device with a cable. The shell is soft to the touch, in Deep blue.

Which phones does it work with?
iPhone 12 and later, and any phone in a magnetic case. Moor holds on with magnets, so the phone needs its own magnets or a magnetic case.
How do I charge Moor itself?
Through its USB-C port, with a USB-C cable and a charger. Charge it fully before the first use.
Can it charge something other than a phone?
Yes. Connect the other device to Moor's USB-C port with a cable.
Can I take it on a plane?
Yes, in your carry-on bag, never in checked luggage. Airlines set their own rules for power banks, so check yours before you fly.
I have a pacemaker. Can I use Moor?
Moor holds magnets. Keep it away from pacemakers and other implanted medical devices, and do not carry a phone with Moor on it in a chest pocket. Ask your doctor or the device maker what distance to keep.
How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 12 business days in transit, so allow about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. We deliver to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and a product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong is replaced or refunded. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer, by a ground service for power banks; for a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it. You can cancel at no charge until your order ships.
